Meditation for VCE Students

Meditation Pathways offers a specially designed course – Meditation and Relaxation for VCE Students – to help you stress less, sleep better and study smarter.

The course provides you with the skills to:

  • Understand and deal with stress
  • Restore harmony and balance to your mind and body

In a calm and balanced state, you will:

  • Improve your concentration and memory
  • Enhance your creativity
  • Boost your energy and productivity
  • Ease insomnia, fatigue, migraines and physical pain – all signs of stress

Interested students can attend classes in Surrey Hills, North Balwyn and Caulfield

Meditation for VCE Students is also available for school groups and can be adapted to suit a school’s requirements and timetable.

Stress less, sleep well... for teachers

The teachers’ program may comprise a one-off workshop or a series of sessions. The focus is on simple and effective ways to release and reduce stress during the day, as well as short meditations.
