Beginners and Intermediate Meditation Courses

Meditation Pathways offers Beginners and Intermediate Meditation Courses in Melbourne, comprising six weeks.

Meditation for Beginners

The course is practical in approach, with each lesson comprising:

  • Stress busters – quick and effective ways for you to reduce stress
  • Body scanning – to identify where you hold tension
  • A variety of meditations, including focusing on the breath and body, visual and movement meditations, affirmations and creative visualisation.

Beginners Meditation is suitable for adults and teenagers.

Course notes are provided weekly. They include information on meditation principles, understanding stress and strategies to ease a busy mind.

Intermediate Meditation Course

The course expands and deepens your meditation experience and focuses on a different theme each term. Concepts explored during a series include mindfulness, developing concentration and stillness, and affirmations.
